How long does shipping take?

Orders typically take 1-3 days to process before they ship - excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive an email confirmation with the shipping tracking number when your order ships.

We offer complimentary free shipping for all of our products. That being said, standard delivery time ranges anywhere from 1-4 weeks on average. There are circumstances that are out of our control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc) that may cause shipping postponements. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time; delivery issue is the responsibility of the shipping company. Rare instances may cause a delay in your products shipping, and in some cases (albeit rare) you may receive your order anywhere from 3-6 weeks (unlikely).

Order Confirmation:

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.  As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment.  If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail.  If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

 

Order Shipment:

If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order.  We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address your provide when checking out.  If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at sales@animebling.com

 

Damages:

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please send photos to returns@animebling.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.

 

Cancellations & Refunds:

All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped.  If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.

 

Returns:

Please note that merchandise are generally mass produced and as such minor cosmetic imperfections may appear from time to time. This does not mean your product is defective. We will not allow returns for any form of minor cosmetic imperfections that arise from production such as faded paint, scratches, bubbles, missing paint spots, visible seams etc. Although these are by no means common occurrences, these are outside the scope of our control and due to the collectable & costly nature of anime products in general, we will not authorize returns, refunds, or replacements for situations where this may occur.

 

Because of the collectible nature of the products we sell, we will not accept returns and all sales are considered final unless:

You were sent the wrong item?

Although very unlikely, we'll get the situation corrected immediately! Return shipping's on us. All returned merchandise must be in new (unopened), re-sellable condition, in its original retail packaging. Simply contact us through our contact form or email support@animebling.com

Something arrived damaged?

We understand that as uncommon as it is, things happen. We will work to correct the issue through a replacement or refund as soon as possible at our discretion based on the situation. Most figures & toys cannot be replaced due to limited stock.
